MKTUB transcribes your audio locally, on your own computer. Your media and audio are never uploaded to us or to any third party for transcription. The speech model is downloaded to your machine and runs entirely on-device.
• Email address — when you request a free trial or make a purchase, so we can send you the download link and your license key.
• Operating system — which platform (Mac or Windows) you're installing on, so we send the correct download.
• License key and a machine identifier — sent from the plugin to activate and validate your license. This never includes your audio or media.
• Website usage — basic analytics and standard server logs (such as pages visited, approximate region, and browser type) to understand and improve the site.
We use this information only to: deliver the software and your license, provide customer support, prevent abuse of licenses, and improve our product and website.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for your transaction. Your payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your full card information. Please see Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy for how they process payment data.
We share limited information only with providers who help us run MKTUB, each under their own privacy policy:
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and license delivery.
• Email delivery provider — to send your trial link and license key.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — website analytics and advertising measurement.
• Google Fonts — to display the site's typography.
• Hosting provider — to serve the website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies for analytics and marketing measurement. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete it.
